Karen A. Catallozzi is founder and president of Aperture Business Consulting. An accomplished executive and engineer, Karen has lead organizations and project teams for companies that include technology services, defense and aerospace systems, state agencies and manufacturing. During her 20-plus years in the high tech industry, Karen has focused on business process redesign, policy development and quality improvement initiatives leading to many productivity awards and customer service honors.
Karen has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, an Associate of Science degree in Engineering Science from Broome Community College, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Taking into account management processes, human resources, and technology integration, Aperture Business Consulting can assist with transforming your business from an entrepreneurship to a professionally managed firm. ABC has years of experience in process and policy generation, personnel performance appraisals, and technology upgrade initiatives.
